Terms of service

Lash extension adhesive, remover and related eye-area products are intended for trained professional use. Follow the label and supplied instructions, observe storage requirements and do not use a product if its packaging or instructions are unclear.

Prices are listed in the store currency shown on the site. Discounts are shown in the cart, and shipping is quoted for your country before payment. An online order is accepted when Stripe confirms payment and we can fulfil the selected item. Products marked for price confirmation or made-to-order production are agreed separately before payment.

Retail orders and samples are paid in full once stock and shipping are confirmed. OEM, custom and bulk orders are paid in two parts: a 50% deposit before production starts and the 50% balance before shipment. If we cannot fulfil a paid item, we will contact you and arrange the appropriate refund or an alternative you agree to.

Sample kits are paid in full. The sample fee is credited against your first bulk order. Prices are shown in USD and NZD; USD is converted from NZD at the day's rate. You can pay in either currency, and we confirm the final amount by email before you pay.

We try to keep descriptions, prices and availability current. Product images can display differently between screens, and packaging may change. Contact us before ordering if a particular specification or packaging detail is essential.

The OEM configurator is an approximate visual preview. Production starts only after the final artwork, packaging, lash specifications, minimum quantity, sample fee, lead time, freight terms and price are confirmed in writing. A displayed estimate is not a production proof or acceptance of an order.
