Shipping policy

We ship worldwide from our factory. Because the cost depends on the destination, order size and shipping method, shipping is not charged in the cart. After you send an order request, we email you the shipping cost to your country together with payment instructions. Nothing is charged until you agree to the quote.

Orders are packed at our factory once payment is confirmed. Dispatch timing depends on product availability and order size. Contact us before ordering if you need an item by a specific date.

Bouquet, premade fan and private-label orders are quoted before production. Minimum quantity, specification, packaging, estimated lead time, final price and payment instructions are agreed before production starts.
