Privacy policy

When you place an order or contact us, we collect the details needed to process the request, such as your name, email, phone number, delivery address, order items and message. We use this information for checkout, payment, fulfilment, delivery, support, fraud prevention and records we are required to keep. If you do not provide information required for an order, we may not be able to process it.

Stripe processes online payments and receives the information needed to complete checkout. Mini-Beauty does not store full payment-card details. Delivery, hosting, email and analytics providers may process limited information where needed to provide their service. Those providers may operate outside New Zealand.

A Logo selected in the OEM configurator stays in your browser while you preview it. If direct website email is enabled and you submit the quote form, the image is validated and sent to Mini-Beauty through our email provider as an attachment; it is not saved in the website's runtime records. If the page opens your email app instead, the image is not transferred automatically and you choose whether to attach it before sending. Quote emails and artwork may be retained for production discussions, business records and support.

Your cart, saved products, recently viewed products and update-notice preference may be stored in your browser on the device you use. If analytics or advertising tools are enabled, they may collect device, browser and page-interaction information. You can clear browser storage and manage cookies through your browser settings.

We keep personal information only for as long as it is reasonably needed for orders, support, business records or legal obligations. We do not sell personal information. We may disclose it to service providers involved in payment, hosting, communication or delivery, or where disclosure is required by law.

You may ask to access or correct personal information Mini-Beauty holds about you. Email info@minibeauty.co.nz with your request or any privacy concern. We may need to confirm your identity before releasing or changing information.
