Do customers need an account to order?
No. Choose the variants you need and send your order from the cart. We email you to confirm stock, shipping to your country and how to pay.
Which curl should I choose?
B is the softest, most natural lift. C is the everyday curl. CC sits between C and D. D is a strong, open-eye curl. L, LC, LD and LU have a flat base before the curve, made for straight or downward-growing lashes and hooded eyes. M lifts almost straight up for a bold look. Curl names vary a little between brands, so ask us if you are matching another supplier.
Are you a factory or a reseller?
We are the factory. Mini Beauty trays are made in our own production, and the same line makes OEM and custom orders for other brands.
Can I become a Mini Beauty distributor?
Yes. Apply on the Distributors page with your business, country or region and how you sell to lash artists. We reply with distributor pricing, minimum orders and lead times for your market.
Can you make lashes under my own brand?
Yes. Through OEM and custom manufacturing we can produce your curls, lengths, formats and private-label packaging. Preview your packaging in the OEM configurator, then request a quote.
Can I try samples before a bulk order?
Yes. Order a sample kit from the Samples page: a format kit, a distributor kit or an OEM pre-production sample. Samples are paid, and the sample fee is credited against your first bulk order.
What are the payment terms for OEM and bulk orders?
OEM, custom and bulk orders are paid 50/50: a 50% deposit starts production, and the 50% balance is paid before shipment, after you approve QC photos. Retail orders and samples are paid in full. You can check each stage with your order reference on the Order status page.
Which currency are prices in?
Prices show in US dollars first and New Zealand dollars beside them, converted at the day's European Central Bank rate. You can pay in either; we confirm the final amount before you pay.
I have seen a lash online. Can you make it?
Very likely. Clusters, magnetic lashes, strip lashes and most other styles. Send us a picture and tell us the length, curl and quantity on the Made to your picture page, and we will reply with a quote and a sample.
Can salons request bulk or private-label pricing?
Yes. Send the product, quantity and packaging required through the bulk and private-label quote form. We confirm minimum quantities, lead time and price separately.
Why are some products marked made to order?
Some bouquet and premade fan products are made to order rather than held in stock. They are produced after the specification, quantity, lead time and final price are agreed.
Do made-to-order products ship immediately?
No. Lead time, quantity, packaging and final pricing are confirmed before the order is accepted.
Why do some variants ask me to contact you for pricing?
Some specialised variants require confirmation before ordering so pricing stays accurate for the selected pack or supply request.
Can I ask about an out-of-stock variant?
Yes. Open the stock-request section on the product page and select the exact variant. Mini-Beauty will contact you about its availability.
